1.1 Do you buy bikes?
No, It is against city bylaws for bike shops to buy your bike.
1.2 Do you accept donations?
Yes, However we receive the right to turn away any bike where the service exceeds the value of the bike. (Typically these are department store bikes)
1.3 Can I reserve a rental?
No, rentals are fist come first serve. We have a beautiful fleet of over 20 rental bikes available!

1.5 How much does a bike tune-up cost?
Our tune-ups are labour-only and start with a $90 Safety Check. The Regular Tune is $120-$250, the Supreme Tune is $220, and a full Overhaul is $360. Dual-suspension and electric bikes are quoted in store. (E-bike tunes typically start at $180 and range to $330)
Parts are quoted in addition to labour, some part install is included in certain tune-up packages.

1.6 Do you repair all bike brands?
Yes. Our mechanics are equipped to service e-bikes, commuter, gravel, road and mountain bikes. Part availability may vary based on brand/model. Bring it in for a FREE repair quote. Have a question give us a call @ 604 715 1422
1.7 Do you service electric bikes?
Yes, we service e-bikes. E-bike labour rates are slightly higher do to more labour time needed to repair. (for example, a flat fix is $45+ on e-bikes), so bring it in for a quote.
1.8 Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No appointment needed for an estimate, walk in and we'll asses you bike on the spot for repair. Service is done on a first come, first serve basis. You will be added to service cue from there.

1.9 How much does it cost to rental a bike?
Rentals start at $25 for 3 hours on a hybrid/city bike, $40 for gravel/MTB/Road, and $50 for an e-bike. Daily and weekly rates are available, up to monthly.
1.10 What is included with a bike rental?
Every rental includes a helmet, lock, and charger if needed. Vancouver bike tourist maps are also available free of charge for seamless and easy route planning.
1.11 When do I pay for my rental and is a deposit required?
A credit card per-authorization is required at pick-up. The hold is released upon return of the bike. Payment is processed when you return the bike, based on the rental duration.
1.12 Do you sell used bikes?
Yes. We carry one of the largest used selections in Vancouver across our 4,000 sq ft shop, from commuters to mountain, gravel, kids and e-bikes.
1.13 Where are you located?
We have two BC locations: 112 E 7th Ave, Vancouver (604-872-4534) Mount Pleasant (aprox.Main & 7th) and 924 12th St, New Westminster (236-428-2176)
1.14 Where can I rent a bike near BC Place or downtown Vancouver?
Our Vancouver shop is at 112 E 7th Ave is about a 10-minute ride from BC Place and the downtown core. Biking is one of the fastest in and out of stadium district on busy event days. Rentals include lock and helmet.
1.15 Can I rent a bike to get to events at BC Place and PNE?
Yes. With road closures and packed transit on event days, a rental bike is often the fastest way in and out of downtown. Hybrid/city bikes start at $25 for 3 hours; were a short ride from the stadium, Stanley Park and Sea Wall. Central location with easy access to bike lanes and sea wall path.
